Welcome! Both Neal & I have been in Real Estate, either development or commercial brokerage most of our adult lives. We wanted to build our dream second home and after spending several years researching locations & construction, we fell in love with the Franklin, North Carolina area & the charm of timber frame homes. An amazing discovery was that these homes are rarely built for sale.  So, we decided to purchase several lots and build dream homes for others too. 

We build one or two homes at a time, and our homes are put on the market for sale only when they are completed.  Each home is an upscale, rustic craftsman style design.   Every detail outside and in receives our signature touch to make it feel like Home the minute you walk through the door.  The home looks like it has always been there, and the interior decor features soothing colors that bring the outdoors in.    We hope you will come visit and decide to "adopt" one for your own.
